Taka Weight Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

Taka Weight is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a valid licence. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Taka Weight. By using our platform, you confirm that:

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to all financial transactions on the Taka Weight betting platform:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly, though network delays may occasionally result in a processing time of 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may take 24 to 72 hours to process.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

4. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the match or event is called off.
• For bets placed before a match begins, the official result will apply.
• For in-play betting, the odds at the time the bet is accepted will be considered final.

• The maximum bet amount per event must not exceed the limits specified on the platform.
• Placing bets through multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: For new users on their first deposit. Withdrawal is available after the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Winnings from bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 5x to 30x).
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A second bonus cannot be activated while another is already in use.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Taka Weight platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Attempting to fix matches, engage in collusion, or manipulate outcomes.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Using a credit card or another person's payment method without authorization.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch on the platform.
• Creating an account on behalf of, or for use by, a minor.

7. Responsible Gaming

Taka Weight believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, but recognises that it can sometimes lead to problems. We are fully committed to promoting responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You may self-exclude from the platform for a specified period at any time.
